Kind and Intelligent

That happened during therapy today and I don't know, it just stuck with me. With a lot of personal stuff, relapse, stress and other stuff happening I have been barely able to sleep well, been grumpy all the time and idk today made me think maybe even though i look disgusting and disheveled constantly lately that im still nice? So eh? Im still very very tired.

Also i tried a more realistic view of what i actually look like compared with the animu version of me
